Two working terriers, a handler with 25 years in the trade, and a structural approach to rodent problems. We find where rodents live, how they travel, and how they get in, then correct the site so the problem does not return. We work for homeowners, property owners, facilities, and pest management companies across the U.S. and internationally.
Independent consulting for property owners, facilities, and design teams.
Our working K9 team locates active burrows and rodent harborage that cannot be seen from the surface, including under dense groundcover, decks, and landscaping. Detection shows where activity is, so the work that follows is placed where it matters.
Our working terriers remove rodents from burrow systems and harborage on site. Abatement is one part of a larger program: once the active population is addressed, the site and structure are corrected so rodents cannot re-establish.
Everyone. If there is a rodent problem that needs to be found and fixed, we take the call, whether it is one backyard or a facility measured in millions of square feet. Every client gets the same thing: the dogs locate the activity, we document it with photos in a written report, and we lay out what to correct first.
Rats in the yard, under the deck, or along the foundation. The dogs find the burrows and nests that cannot be seen from the surface, and we show you how they are getting in.
Apartment complexes, multi-unit buildings, and grounds with dense planting. We locate the burrow systems across the whole property and address the population at its source.
Warehouses, distribution centers, and food manufacturing. Canine detection covers large buildings quickly, and we consult on exclusion and on pest programs for SQF facilities.
A specialist resource for the accounts that have not resolved. We work at your request, our findings go to you, and we do not solicit the accounts you bring us into. Your client stays your client.
